Q: What should I wear to Yoga?
A: Exercise clothing that is comfortable for you and wont restrict your movement. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

Q: What should I bring?
A: A Yoga mat and water (we have yoga mats available for use if you forget)

Q: How should I prepare?
A: Please acknowledge the relaxation of others: avoid any perfumes/colognes; avoid chatter before and during the class. It works best to avoid meals an hour to 90 minutes before yoga. Light snacks are fine.

Q: I feel I am too out of shape; too old, not flexible and feel uncomfortable working out in public?
A: Yoga is a personal journey and practiced without judgement. It is for everyone. With consistent practice you will notice increased flexibility, strength and muscle tone. We have privacy blinds on the windows and low lighting to create an environment that is relaxing, non-judgmental and comfortable.
